Arctic Alchemy Film

Rivers in Alaska’s Brooks Range are changing in ways no one fully understands. Arctic Alchemy follows Roman Dial—adventurer, father, and climate scientist, and so much more—into the remote backcountry as he investigates a mysterious phenomenon poisoning critical Arctic watersheds.

What begins as a scientific expedition becomes a deeply personal journey, confronting loss, resilience, and the raw power of wilderness to unsettle us—and ultimately bring us fully alive.

Arctic Alchemy is a call to look closer at the landscapes we travel through, and to reckon with the responsibility we share for their future.
