If have an issue with your Alpacka Raft product that you feel is covered under warranty, you will need to follow the steps below to return the product to the factory for evaluation. You will need to provide information about the product (item, purchase date, problem/s) that will help our repair technicians in the evaluation process.
To start the warranty process, you will need to first contact our workshop to get approval to return your product for evaluation. Our contact information is [email protected] or 970-533-7119 x 102. Our repair technicians will give you an repair authorization number (RA#) for your warranty return and you will need to include this number on your shipping label and in the package when you send your return.
PLEASE NOTE: When you are returning products to Alpacka Raft for repair or warranty service, please make sure the items are clean and dry. Alpacka Raft will return your product if it is not fit for repair or may charge a cleaning fee of at least $25.00 in the event it is required to clean the item before evaluating.
Alpacka Raft is not responsible for packages lost in shipment which do not have a tracking number and prior authorization from us to return the product for warranty evaluation. It is required that you contact us to initiate the return with us, insure your package and get a tracking number. You will not receive the same box you send your product in with. Alpacka Raft recycles all return packaging materials at the time of receipt. Alpacka Raft does not cover shipping to our factory for warranty evaluation, but we will cover return shipping to you for an approved warranty repair.
All warranty repair orders must be shipped to Alpacka Raft with a copy of your RA# paperwork. Items that arrive for warranty evaluation without an RA# clearly marked on the outside of the box will not be prioritized. Please ship your return to:
