Production Lead Times

Build to Order and Custom packrafts are handmade to order at our facility in Mancos, CO.

We do our best to provide accurate lead times based on our production capacity, however individual orders may ship earlier or later than estimated based on a variety of factors. Please note that lead times are estimates and not guarantees & allow a buffer if ordering in anticipation of a trip.

Most packrafts display lead times on the product page. Current general lead times are shown below. Mixed orders (i.e. stock packraft, accessories, and build to order packraft) will ship when all items are complete. RTS items ship separately.

RTS & Accessories

For RTS packrafts and in stock items, we process orders around 3 pm MST on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday; Monday @ 9 am & Friday @ noon. We do our best to ship orders the following business day after processing. For example, if you place an order on Saturday, we aim to ship it on Monday. If you place an order on Tuesday at noon, it will likely ship Wednesday but an order placed Tuesday at 8 pm will ship Thursday.

RTS Packrafts 1-2 Business Days

Accessories 2-3 Business Days (up to 1 week)
