Alpacka Raft Pro Program

Thanks for your interest in the Alpacka Raft Pro Program. This program offers exclusive discounts to qualified full-time outdoor professionals, industry partners, and manufacturers who actively use and represent our products in the field. We’re always inspired by the stories and adventures you share.

Membership is by application only and can be revoked at any time. To apply, sign in to your existing account—or create one if you're new—then complete the application form. Please allow up to two weeks for us to review and process your application.

Pro Deal Terms and Conditions.

All applications must be submitted with proof of full-time employment and are subject to approval by Alpacka Raft. Please allow 5-10 business days for Pro Deal application processing. Once you activate your account, you will see discounted pricing on the website while you shop. Discounted items include packrafts and Alpacka made accessories. Pro Deal membership allows for the purchase of two new packrafts per year and unlimited orders for all Alpacka-made accessories.

This discount is intended for the personal purchase and use of our packrafts and other Alpacka-made accessories; you may not purchase for others unless explicitly permitted.

In general, please follow production lead-times listed on the website. However, in the event of supply chain issues, or material shortages, pro deal orders may be held in production until those materials are received. This could extend lead times substantially beyond what is listed on the website. Do not contact Alpacka Raft for order status updates on your Pro Deal unless it is past your projected lead time. You will receive a shipping confirmation notice to the email provided on your Pro Deal order form once your order has been processed for shipment. Tracking information is sent to you via email directly from the carrier.

Alpacka Raft may, at its sole discretion, substitute cosmetically blemished packrafts, seconds quality accessories, or alternative colors in the fulfillment of your Pro Deal order. 

Pro Deal purchases must be prepaid upfront by either Credit Card, or PayPal. We do not accept cash, check, money orders, or wire transfers. Sales tax will be applied to any order where it is required by law.

Alpacka Raft will ship via either USPS or UPS at our sole discretion. We cannot combine multiple Pro Deal orders to save on shipping. For international customers: any applicable taxes or import duty fees are the responsibility of the Pro Deal customer on top of their international shipping cost.

If applying from a company in the outdoor industry, a reciprocal Pro Deal discount must be extended to employees of Alpacka Raft, if requested.

Each year you may purchase two packrafts using your Pro Deal discount. You will need to reapply annually and provide updated proof of employment to retain your Pro Deal status.

Products purchased through Alpacka Raft Pro Deal are for personal use only. If friends or family ask you about Alpacka Raft, please refer them to our website www.alpackaraft.com.

The following actions are grounds for denying future Pro Deal purchases:

  • Buying products for others with your discount – this includes gifts.
  • Sharing information about our Pro Deal program with others.
  • Re-selling product you purchased through our Pro Deal program.

Due to the small size of our company, we cannot support questions about availability and pro deal order status via phone support. Calling repeatedly to check on the status of a Pro Deal order may result in an automatic denial on future Pro Deal purchases.

When you are approved for the Pro Deal Program, you will be automatically signed up for Alpacka Raft's newsletter.

Product feedback is your responsibility. From time to time, we may send out a survey to individuals who have purchased boats on Pro Deal asking for feedback on various things. We expect you to provide feedback, and accounts not participating in feedback may be denied future Pro purchases.

All sales are final. Please order carefully. Once payment has been completed for your Pro Deal order it may not be canceled. Alpacka Raft will not accept returns or exchanges on Pro Deal ordered boats and items unless defective. In the case of a manufacturing defect, Pro Deal boats will be repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of Alpacka Raft.
