Exciting news for 2025!

We put together a quick video sharing the news and 2025 updates, including a new model! Here’s a sneak peek of what’s coming.

For 2025 we are offering new color options and updating features on:

• Refuge
• Caribou
• Expedition
• Gnarwhal (now self-bailing only)

Additionally, meet the MAGE, our newest whitewater packraft! Designed for Class III/IV thrills, the Mage is fast, fun, and more packable than the Valkyrie. 

Note: We're saying goodbye to the Classic, Wolverine and GnarMule in 2025. The Gnarwhal is undergoing substantial revisions, so if you love the Gnarwhal in it's current state, now is the time to get it. Grab these models while you can—or during our Holiday Sale (Nov 25 - Dec 31). If you’re after high-performance whitewater, the Mage is worth the wait!

Additional Updates

Use Categories and "Lightwater" 

We are switching up our paddling categories to help you find your perfect match. Categories include Versatile, Lightwater, Whitewater, Flatwater, Dogs & Kids, Fishing, Hunting, and Tandem.

Our favorite? Lightwater—paddling that’s fun, mellow and exciting, focused on Class I and II paddling with occasional Class III. While Class III to V whitewater often gets the spotlight, many paddlers prefer the fun and approachability of Class I and II. A term is coined by Jule Harle of Alaska Packraft School, Lightwater captures that sweet spot of this paddler type. Stay tuned in 2025 for more on this and our other new categories!

Packraft Sizing

We are rolling out new sizing. Instead of choosing the correct size based on your sit length, starting in 2025 we are standardizing our packraft sizing based on standard sizing and height.

Before our 2025 packrafts roll out, use our current sit length sizing during the holiday sale to find your perfect fit. This new sizing will begin on January 1, 2025 with the updated models.
