The Whiskey is ideal for both flatwater and lightwater conditions, which is why we chose the 205cm length. If you plan on doing more whitewater, look for a heavier duty whitewater specific paddle in 200cm.

At just 26 ounces (28 ounces for the Lam-lok version) for the fiberglass blade version, its several ounces lighter than any comparable 4-piece paddle on the market. Even better, Aqua Bound uses a different ferrule system for the blades which breaks down into 4 equal length pieces and the ferrules stay tighter for longer than traditional ferrules. This makes it the most backpack friendly model we carry.
